Born and raised in Maryland and the youngest of six children, I am also a soccer, track, football, tennis, wrestling and basketball mom to 4 children, 2 black labs and a rescue dog. I have been a REALTOR® since 1990. In the spring of 2013 I went back to the classroom to take the Real Estate Brokers course and earned my Associate Broker License, then in 2018 became the Broker of Market Realty until January 2023. In the past 15 years, I have furthered my education by earning the New Home Sales Professional designation, the Accredited Buyer and Relocation Specialist designation, Military Relocation Professional certification, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, At Home With Diversity AHWD designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor. If you are buying for investment, I can put you in touch with lenders for special financing, even financing for renovations/rehab, etc. I have experience in short sales and foreclosures as well as HUD homes. I have coordinated and assisted in overseeing repairs big and small as well as full renovations for my onsite and offsite clients.
